Credits on shipglobal.dev are sold by Lemon Squeezy, LLC (a Stripe, Inc. company) acting as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is therefore your seller: the purchase contract for credits is concluded between you and Lemon Squeezy, and Lemon Squeezy processes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your invoice.

Your contract partner for the translation service itself — for what the credits actually buy — is Balane GmbH. Invoices for credit purchases come from Lemon Squeezy, not from us.
