We diff your file against everything we have already translated for you. Every string is marked new, reused or changed — and you see the price before you commit to it.

Billing is measured
The base fee carries the engine. Usage is measured in tokens — €10 per million incl. VAT, and only when the translation runs through our key. Reused strings cost nothing, so the second run of an app is a fraction of the first.

Same format in, same format out. Placeholders and plurals survive the round trip. Or skip the browser: `npx ShipGlobal translate ./locales/en.json --to de,fr`.
The step that matters
You pay tokens only for what is new.
That is the whole product. First run of a large app: €0.98 in tokens. The release after it, where 15 of 3,627 strings changed: one cent — the other 3,612 sit in memory. That is what an LLM cannot do: it has no memory of last month. The base fee runs alongside, and it pays for the engine.
